Top 4 Stock Chart Services, Subscription Based

Since I posted earlier this week on 5 Places to Find Free Stock Charts, I figured those who want to spend a few dollars and get a subscription based service should have some options too.

The following are sites with subscription based stock chart services:

(Note: pricing as of September 2007)

•, $720 – $999 per year. I personally use and love their service as it comes from the guys behind The charts are nothing short of fantastic and the tools that come with it are pristine. $720 will buy you a year subscription to their charting service, and for $999 you can get the full package which includes access to not only the stock charts but also a custom screener (designed for CANSLIM traders), and access to the daily graphs Industry Groups. Too bad they don’t have an affiliate program.
•, $1100 – $4000 per year. I haven’t used eSignal’s services before, but I have heard of them quite a few times. They have three different packages: eSignal Premier, Premier plus, and the Advanced GET Edition. Every package comes with optional addons and includes more than just charting software. Quotes, streamers, and the like are thrown into the mix.
•, $240 per year. This is the charting service that Dan Zanger from uses. From what I see of AIQ’s charting software from Zanger’s website it seems to be pretty good. The charts are setup fairly easily and their are a variety of technical analysis indicators available.
•, $120 – $360 per year. also provides a free charting service for those who prefer free, but there subscription based service has some added features. A basic account will allow you to store charts on their servers to refer to later, the Extra! charting will give you access to conducting custom technical scans, if you up to the ExtraRT! charting you can get real time streaming for all stock charts.
